Like so many areas of study, modern neuroscience recognizes that being relevant involves working in concert with many disciplines. As far as education is concerned, that involves taking into account research in education psychology as well as education theory and technology. As the field of neuroscience has expanded so much so recently, and the pace of discoveries are quickening, it is not surprising that there are concerns the science may be outstripping our understanding of how applicable it may be to the practical needs of educators.
